　　壓濾機(jī)濾板的洗滌形式有哪些？
 
　?。?）明流不可洗：此種形式只有一個(gè)中間進(jìn)料通道，物料從止推板上的進(jìn)料孔經(jīng)過進(jìn)料通道進(jìn)入各濾室，濾液透過過濾介質(zhì)由各塊濾板的出液孔排出。它適用于一般過濾，具有過濾速度快，過濾效果直觀等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。
 
　?。?）暗流不可洗：此種形式的壓濾機(jī)除進(jìn)料通道外，還有出液通道。各塊濾板的濾液經(jīng)此通道一起排出。此種形式適用于有污染、有毒、易揮發(fā)、不需洗滌等的物料。
 
　　（3）明流可洗：此種形式除進(jìn)料通道外，還有進(jìn)洗滌液通道。其過濾部分與明流不可洗一樣。過濾結(jié)束后，進(jìn)行洗滌操作。
 
　?。?）暗流可洗：分暗流單向洗滌和暗流雙向交叉洗滌。此種形式的壓濾機(jī)進(jìn)料和洗滌液與明流可洗一樣，只是出液方式不一樣。各塊濾板的液體經(jīng)出液通道匯集一起排出。此種形式適用于有污染、有毒、易揮發(fā)、需洗滌的物料。
