　　壓濾機(jī)進(jìn)料泵葉輪分一級(jí)葉輪、二級(jí)葉輪、副葉輪，其中一二級(jí)葉輪起導(dǎo)流輸送液體作用，副葉輪主起來(lái)密封密封作用。一二級(jí)葉輪長(zhǎng)期使用造成磨損，影響泵的效率，需更換新件，副葉輪磨損少使用壽命長(zhǎng)，通常不需要更換。
 
　　在出現(xiàn)以下幾種情況下之一，應(yīng)更換新的葉輪：
 
　　一、葉輪開(kāi)裂或表面出現(xiàn)裂紋。
 
　　二、葉輪表面因腐蝕、浸蝕或汽蝕而形成較多的孔眼。
 
　　三、葉輪的口環(huán)輪轂發(fā)生較嚴(yán)重的偏磨現(xiàn)象，無(wú)修復(fù)價(jià)值者。
 
　　四、葉輪蓋板及葉片等變薄，影響了機(jī)械強(qiáng)度。
 
　　在新葉輪買(mǎi)來(lái)后，先要檢查葉輪的外觀，是否平整、是否有砂眼、裂痕等，確保新葉輪無(wú)質(zhì)量問(wèn)題的。其次要進(jìn)行動(dòng)平衡實(shí)驗(yàn)，保證葉輪更換后不會(huì)出現(xiàn)轉(zhuǎn)偏，泵不會(huì)出現(xiàn)震動(dòng)嚴(yán)重。由于客戶一般都不會(huì)配備專(zhuān)業(yè)的實(shí)驗(yàn)設(shè)備，所以鼎千泵業(yè)的葉輪配件在出廠時(shí)已經(jīng)做過(guò)平衡實(shí)驗(yàn)，保證客戶裝上后能正常運(yùn)行。
 
　　更換葉輪首先要拆泵，卸下?lián)p壞的老葉輪。這里應(yīng)該注意的一點(diǎn)是，壓濾機(jī)泵葉輪固定在泵軸上采用的反絲，即與水泵轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)的方向相反，這樣的好處是越轉(zhuǎn)越緊，拆卸和安裝葉輪的時(shí)候一定要按照正確的方向操作。
