　　陜西壓濾機(jī)專用泵是咸陽華星泵業(yè)有限公司專門為壓濾機(jī)設(shè)計(jì)的容積型泵。以α型氧化鋁為柱塞，具有極高的耐磨性和耐腐蝕性，該泵有運(yùn)行平穩(wěn)可靠，輸出壓力高且計(jì)量精確，壓力波動小，低噪音耐酸堿，操作維護(hù)方便，使用壽命長等特點(diǎn)，配合壓濾機(jī)使用是各種類型固液分離的最理想產(chǎn)品。相比離心泵、螺桿泵、轉(zhuǎn)子泵，該泵有以下優(yōu)勢：壓力功率小，磨損小壽命長，有可調(diào)恒溫的功能，維修費(fèi)用僅為離心泵、螺桿泵、轉(zhuǎn)子泵的十分之一，為用戶降低了使用成本減少了電能消耗。

　　該泵能夠自動控制輸出流量且保證設(shè)定壓力不變，根據(jù)實(shí)際工況設(shè)定一個壓力值，當(dāng)壓力升到設(shè)定值時壓力停止上升，此時泵的流量能在零到最大流量間根據(jù)實(shí)際需要自動改變運(yùn)行速度并保持設(shè)定壓力不變。由液壓驅(qū)動，壓力高，壓力調(diào)整快捷精準(zhǔn)，運(yùn)行平穩(wěn)。采用α型氧化鋁陶瓷柱塞磨損小，操作安裝維護(hù)方便，使用成本低壽命長。
