　　本設(shè)備是陶瓷、電瓷、化工、輕工、食品、制藥、環(huán)保等行業(yè)料漿脫水的主要設(shè)備，系采用壓濾法將料漿脫水成為泥餅，一般榨泥壓力為12-30kg/cm2(1.3-2Mpa),泥溫度一般為25-35℃，榨泥每輪次為0.5-1.5小時(shí)，了漿經(jīng)壓榨后泥餅含水率為18-26，作為陳腐進(jìn)入真空練泥機(jī)的泥料。

　　本機(jī)主要由油缸底座、固定板、高分子聚乙烯板、導(dǎo)向桿、中間支撐、推壓板、油缸、液壓站等組成。

　　本機(jī)液壓系統(tǒng)分為兩種：a.手動(dòng)壓緊，手動(dòng)松開(kāi)，液壓自鎖;b.自動(dòng)壓緊，自動(dòng)松開(kāi)，自動(dòng)補(bǔ)償，液壓自鎖。整個(gè)設(shè)備裝在帶有排水槽的鋼筋砼的基礎(chǔ)上，安裝操作方便，用戶(hù)可根據(jù)自己的情況選用。
